30 RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ParisiteDIY.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to info@parisitediy.com and provide a description and images of the issue.
A Parisite DIY customer representative will contact you within 48 hours of your email to assist you with arranging a return shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, new and unused condition. Items must be new and not worn.
All items are inspected upon return. If you wear an item and return it, we will ship it back to you.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Exceptions may apply).
If part of the order is returned, the total shipping cost will be withheld. Due to safety reasons, face masks cannot be returned.
Refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs.
There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to our facility, and re-added to stock, so please carefully enter your shipping information and double-check the items in your order before final checkout.
This will help lower shipping errors, making less hassle for you. Also, keep track of your package with the provided tracking number.
If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 48 hours from purchase, please contact our customer service.
All sales are final on items purchased during a Sales promotion.

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items or items purchased on sale
- I received a damaged item!
If the purchased product is damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you upon return of the damaged item.
