SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped directly from New Orleans, LA to all 50 States.
Orders from Parisite DIY placed before 3PM PST, usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt unless it is a pre-order or a particular shipping request order is specified.
All orders are shipped depending on the customer’s preferred choice of shipping courier upon checkout.
Regular ground shipping orders may take up to 7 business days in transit.
Parisite DIY ships with UPS, & USPS at this time.
Shipping hours are 10AM - 4PM, Monday-Friday.
Business days exclude weekends and official US Holidays as we are closed.
Please note that the transit times do not include order processing time; please add 2-3 business days to the time to account for order processing.
You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees can be a pain, but we strive to make the process as transparent as possible.
We advise you to read our policy before making a purchase carefully.
Shipping fees vary from State to State, are calculated based on the type of shipping service, package weight, and exact location.
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the invoice at the time of checkout.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Exceptions may apply).
There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to our facility and re-added to stock, so please carefully enter your shipping information, and double-check the details in your order before final checkout.
The action above will assist in preventing shipping errors and causing frustration.
It was always a good idea to keep track of your package with the provided tracking number.
If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 48 hours from purchase, please contact our customer service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
ParisiteDIY does not ship internationally at this moment unless an exemption is granted.
Please email us at info@parisitediy.com for an exception before placing an order.
Any international orders, all duties/customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not cover these additional charges by your customs dept. Some delays in shipping may be expected.
Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
The recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
We do not allow exchanges from overseas customers, but we do accept returns for refunds (minus shipping fee).
RISK OF LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout.
Please select a secure location for delivery.
Once the package leaves the Parisite DIY warehouse with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
We can not be liable for packages lost by the carrier or stolen from your address.
Please ensure your order is sent to a secure location.
RETURNS
30 RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ParisiteDIY.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to info@parisitediy.com and provide a description and images of the issue.
A Parisite DIY customer representative will contact you within 48 hours of your email to assist you with arranging a return shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, new and unused condition. Items must be new and not worn.
All items are inspected upon return. If you wear an item and return it, we will ship it back to you.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Exceptions may apply).
If part of the order is returned, the total shipping cost will be withheld. Due to safety reasons, face masks cannot be returned.
Refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs.

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items or items purchased on sale
- I received a damaged item!
If the purchased product is damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you upon return of the damaged item.
